» Introduction

Introduction of PihKol into the sand system, involves dilution of the existing LCA and enrichment of PihKol.

The existing setup is studied by the technical team and sand analysed.

There after a detailed proposal is submitted to the foundry.

Changeover of LCA is initiated with optimizing the various cosumables based on regular sand analysis from Goyal Laboratories.

Technical staff help monitor sand system till completion of trial.

Goyal Group believes in associating with foundries to take care of the sand system by analysing their sand at definite, regular interval, offering comments & recommendations to achieve / maintain good castings.
